The extracts of RCM fruits can inhibit oxidative stress by increasing SOD, GSH, and CAT levels, and inhibit lipid peroxidation by reducing MDA content, which was consistent with the findings of Wei et al. [33] who reported that herpetospermum pedunculosum could attenuate cholestasis by increasing SOD, CAT, and GSH, and decreasing MDA. Here, CAT is linked to cholestasis.
