The new findings are as follows: (i) The ROS/MAPK/NF-κB/AT-1R pathway was activated within the PVN during hypertension progression, (ii) long-term aerobic ExT significantly suppressed the ROS/MAPK/NF-κB/AT-1R pathway in the PVN, (iii) long-term aerobic ExT weakened RSNA and SBP in 2K1C hypertension. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and hypertensive disorder.
