The genes that were highly upregulated (≥2 fold change) with 5 μg/mL ALS treatment were SMC3, SMC2, IQGAP1, RSF1, KTN1, SMC4, ANXA1, CYP1B1, LUC7L3, THBS1, ANKRD36, MYH10, CYP1B1, HIST2H2AC, NEMF, and ASMP (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene KTN1 and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
