ENPP1 expression was considerably high in breast cancer samples (median value: 4.27 log2(TPM+1)) and significantly low in lung cancer patients (median value: 0.8 and 0.5 log2(TPM+1) in lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous cell carcinoma, respectively) (Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene ENPP1 and lung adenocarcinoma.
