The concomitant action of CA and cisplatin in ovarian carcinoma cell line A2780 enhances cisplatin cytotoxicity, but the use of CA before cisplatin treatment causes resistance through phase II induction of glutathione S-transferase (GST) and glutathione reductase (GR) by induction of the Nrf2/Keap1 pathway [55].
