MyD88 gain-of-function mutations (L265P somatic mutation) lead to numerous rare and difficult to treat hematological malignancies such as activated B cell diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (ABC-DLBCL), Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) [13,14]. This evidence concerns the gene MYD88 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
