Taking into account the results of the preliminary assessment of the antitumor potential of pyridine-thiazoles, synthesized compounds were studied for their antineoplastic activity on a panel of cancer cell lines (Table 5) including colon (HCT-116, HCT-116 p53 (−/−), breast (MCF-7), leukemia (Jurkat, HL-60), lung (A549), ovarian (SK-OV-3), cervix (KB3-1). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and leukemia.
