The combination of nine AABs (against p53, c-MYC, p90, p62, alpha 2-HS glycoprotein (AHSG), 14-3-3 zeta, RAS-like proto-oncogene A (RalA), KH domain-containing protein overexpressed in cancer (Koc), and P16) showed a sensitivity of 61.4% at a specificity of 85.0% in detecting ovarian cancer [103]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and ovarian cancer.
