Infection with M. gypseum induced a statistically significant upregulation of Dectin-1, TLR-2, and TLR-4 at 2, 5, and 14 dpi in the lung (p < 0.01); the peak of Dectin-1 emerged at 5 dpi, and TLR-2 and TLR-4 emerged at 2 dpi. This evidence concerns the gene TLR4 and infection.
