The most frequent chromosomal translocations and their corresponding fusion genes in BCP-ALL comprise t(12;21)(p13;q22) and ETV6::RUNX1, t(1;19)(q23;p13) and TCF3::PBX1, t(9;22)(q34;q11) and BCR::ABL1, and t(4;11)(q23;p13) and KMT2A::AFF1. Here, ABL1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
