Alternatively, since it is assumed here that COVID-19 coagulopathies are autoimmune diseases, it should be possible to inoculate naïve rabbits with combinations of polyclonal (rabbit) antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 proteins (e.g., spike, nucleoprotein or whole virus) in combination with (rabbit) polyclonal antibodies against group A Streptococci, Staphylococci, etc. Such combinations are predicted to produce clinically evident coagulopathies. The gene discussed is CHMP5; the disease is COVID-19.
