We first explored the basic transcription level of STING in bladder cancer cell lines in the CCLE database (https://portals.broadinstitute.org/ccle/about/, accessed on 11 October 2020) and found that the transcription level of STING was relatively abundant in bladder cancer, including T24 and another MIBC cell line TCCSUP (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene STING1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
