We found that the transcription levels of CCL20 and CXCL14 in T24 and TCCSUP cells were significantly increased in the cisplatin treatment groups (Figure S2D,E), and the correlation analysis showed that CCL20 and CXCL14 were significantly correlated with the cGAS-STING signal in the TCGA bladder cancer cohort (Figure S2F). This evidence concerns the gene STING1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
