The results indicate that overexpression of genes such as TXNL1 (p = 0.042) (Supplemetary Figure S5a), CNIH3 (p = 0.26) (Supplemetary Figure S5b) and BNIPL (p = 0.0001) (Supplemetary Figure S5c) was associated with poor overall survival in breast cancer patients.
