The results showed that T-CD3εζ28-BiTE.19 and T-BiTE.19 cells could specifically kill cancer cells, whereas nATC and T-CD3εζ28 cells had almost no killing effects due to lacking CD19-BiTE, and that T-CD3εζ28-BiTE.19 had a stronger cytotoxicity than T-BiTE.19 cells (Figure 5A).
