NFKB1 and cancer: They exert their effects through the endocannabinoid receptors (CB1 and CB2) and can modulate multiple cancer-related pathways such as MAPKase [19,20], NF-κB [21,22], Wnt/beta-catenin [23], mTOR [24,25] and PPAR-γ [26,27], some of which play an important role in ROS and autophagy signaling.
