FCGR2A and staphylococcus aureus infection: In KEGG enrichment analyses, these genes were found to be closely associated with several biologically important pathways (Supplementary Table S6), including the Staphylococcus aureus infection, terpene skeleton biosynthesis, sphingolipid metabolism, linoleic acid metabolism, and FcγR-mediated phagocytosis pathways (Figure 4c).
