Transcription factor 7 like 2 (tcf7l2), one of the potential target genes of cfa-miR-206, was successfully assigned to 55 significantly enriched GO terms at 36 dpi, such as cell-cell signaling, regulation of response to stimulus and Wnt signaling pathway; and tcf7l2 was associated with four significantly enriched KEGG pathways, such as basal cell carcinoma, thyroid cancer, and melanogenesis, based on GO and KEGG analyses. This evidence concerns the gene TCF7L2 and basal cell carcinoma.
