Notably, gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) revealed a highly significant enrichment of negatively correlated DNA damage-inducible transcript 3 protein (DDIT3) genes sets and positively correlated GATA1 in Dami-DEL cells compared to Dami-GFP cells (Fig. 3G, Fig. S3D), both of which have been reported to be involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis and pathogenesis of leukemia, respectively [32, 33].
