Considering that accumulation of Mps1 correlates with negative prognosis in prostate adenocarcinoma patients, this novel combination treatment can bring significant advancement in the clinical management of mCRPC by effectively killing CBZ resistant mCRPC tumor cells and reducing the CBZ dosage in combination with Mps1i to minimize the cytotoxicity caused by Taxanes treatment. This evidence concerns the gene TTK and prostate adenocarcinoma.
