Therefore, we explored the enrichment status of immune cells in melanoma samples, and showed that melanoma samples had higher levels of infiltration of memory resting CD4+ T cells, helper follicular T cells, activated dendritic cells and resting mast cells, and had lower levels of infiltration of native B cells, native CD4+ T cells, resting NK cells, resting dendritic cells and activated mast cells (Figure 7E).
