FDX1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: To effectively examine the possible function of the FDX1 gene in influencing the infiltration status of distinct immune cells in ccRCC, we used data from the TIMER and GEPIA databases to establish the link between the FDX1 gene and different immune marker sets, which are commonly known as indicators of various immunocytes, including DCs, NK cells, M1/M2 macrophages, neutrophils, tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), B cells, monocytes, T cells (general), and CD8+ T cells, in ccRCC (Table S1).
