In conclusion, our results showed that CHSSC induced antiarrhythmic effects by down-regulating the expression of CaMKII and p-CaMKII after myocardial ischemia through inhibition of phosphorylation of p-RyR2 (Ser2808) and p-RyR2 (Ser2814) (mainly through inhibition of RyR2Ser2808 phosphorylation), which resulted in inhibition of dissociation of the FKBP12.6-RyR2 complex, and reduced intracellular Ca2+ concentration. Here, FKBP1B is linked to myocardial ischemia.
