These results suggested that myocardial ischemia can induce phosphorylation at Ser2808 and Ser2814 on RyR2, and CHSSC and the CaMKII inhibitor KN-93 may regulate the opening of Ca2+ channels by inhibiting activation of Ser2808 on RyR2 following myocardial ischemia.
