We found that overexpression of miR-126-5p inhibited the expression of the above genes, but only significantly reduced IFNβ, and IL-6 expression (Figures 3B, C) while transfecting DF1 cells with miR-126-5p mimics or NC, followed by infection with NDV for 12 h (Figure 3D), showed that overexpression of miR-126-5p markedly inhibited innate immunity and inflammatory cytokine related genes expression (Figures 3E and F). This evidence concerns the gene IL6 and infection.
