PTPRC and Hodgkins lymphoma: In cases in which histochemical methods did not yield conclusive results, the diagnosis and the differentiation of Hodgkin’s lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, from epithelial, mesenchymal, and myeloproliferative lesions, were made using immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded sections methods with the following markers: CD3, CD4, CD5, CD8, CD10, CD15, CD20 (L26), CD21, CD23, CD30, CD43, CD45(LCA), CD56, CD79, CD99, Anaplastic large cell lymphoma kinase-1(ALK-1), Epithelial Membrane Antigen(EMA), cyclin D1, BCL-2, BCL-6, MuM1, Kappa(K), Lambda (λ), LMP, Ki-67, EBER, TdT.
