In the current study, patients in the SBP <110 mmHg group had higher NT-proBNP values and were more likely to receive intravenous diuretics and inotropic agents than their counterparts in the SBP ≥110 mmHg group, suggesting that patients in the low SBP group (SBP <110 mmHg) might be more likely to have advanced HF. This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and hydrops fetalis.
