Intriguingly, RAB34 exhibited closely positive relationship with these immune checkpoints (PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA4, PD-L2, TIM-3, and B7-H3) in all grade gliomas in TCGA and CGGA cohorts as shown by Circos plots (Figure 6A,B). This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and central nervous system cancer.
