Here, we found that during Salmonella infection, in addition to ISGs, IRGM suppressed a large number of chemokines (CXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10 and CCL20, 22, 28, etc.)interleukins (IL1A, IL1B, IL1E/36G, IL17C, IL32, IL15, etc.)and TNF superfamily genes (TNFSF9, TNFSF10, TNFSF13, TNFSF15, etc.; Dataset EV3, and Fig EV4B and C). This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF10 and Salmonella Infections.
