In subgroup analysis, high PTP1B expression did not correlated with OS in esophagus carcinoma (HR = 1.01; 95%CI: 0.58–1.76; P = .97; I2 = 43%, P = .19), non-small cell lung carcinoma (HR = 1.11; 95%CI: 0.37–3.34; P = .85; I2 = 89%, P = .003) and gastric carcinoma (HR = 1.33; 95%CI: 0.88–2.02; P = .17; I2 = 43%, P = .18). This evidence concerns the gene PTPN1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
