Analysis of clinical relevance showed that higher levels of expression of E2F1, stathmin1, and TACC3 were positively associated with tumor size (E2F1 may relate to tumor size, although the P-value was > 0.05), lymph node metastasis, TNM stage, and distant metastasis, but not with other clinicopathological characteristics (Table 1). The gene discussed is TACC3; the disease is neoplasm.
