TGFB2 and endometrium adenocarcinoma: Cysteine mutations in TGFB2, INHA, and INHBB associated with endometrial adenocarcinoma plus cysteine mutations in TGFB2 and TGFB3 with Loeys–Dietz syndrome lead to the hypothesis that TGFB2 is capable of heterodimerization with numerous partners.
