TNF and hematologic disorder: Drugs (β-lactam antibiotics, sulfa preparations, minocycline, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, propylthiouracil, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha inhibitors, levamisole loaded cocaine, etc.)in ~10–15% of cases, and malignancy in 5% of cases (hematologic malignancies, solid organ cancers, etc.,) play a role in the development of vasculitis (2, 9, 10).
