Similarly, the luteinizing hormone (LH) levels were significantly (p < 0.001) enhanced in PCOS group as compared to the normal group, but after treatment, a downfall in LH surge was found in all the treatment groups, and the most significant effects were observed in the combination and metformin group (Figure 6(b)), while the FSH level of the PCOS group was decreased significantly (p < 0.01) as compared to the control group. This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and polycystic ovary syndrome.
