The forest plot of the univariate Cox regression analysis for the five RBP-related mRNAs in the training cohort showed three mRNAs (F11, FBP1, and SLC6A13) were protective factors for the prognosis of HBV-HCC patients (HR< 1), whereas two mRNAs (NXPH4 and PSCR1) were risk factors (HR > 1) (Supplementary Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene NXPH4 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
