In the present meta-analysis, MPR and PCR rates for patients with PD-L1 ≥1% (48.9% and 27.8%) and ≥50% (76.5% and 57.5%) were significantly higher than for patients with PD-L1 <1% (26.3% and 11.4%), suggesting a positive correlation between tumor pathologic response rate and PD-L1 level.
