Through the activation of Akt, the miR-675 produced by H19 downregulates the c-Cb1 and Cb1-b proteins and activates EGFR and c-Met to encourage cell growth (Berteaux et al., 2005; Zhang et al., 2017) discovered that overexpression of the lncRNA MEG3 inhibits cancer growth in a mouse model of breast cancer by inhibiting Akt signalling, in addition to causing cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase. Here, AKT1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
