Important immune checkpoint genes responsible for tumor immune escape include CD274, CTLA4, HAVCR2, LAG3, PDCD1, PDCD1LG2, SIGLEC15, and TIGIT. Considering the possible tumorigenic role of CAMSAP1 in LIHC, we evaluated the correlation between CAMSAP1 expression and these genes. Here, TIGIT is linked to neoplasm.
