CAMSAP1 and cancer: Results suggested that genes were significantly enriched in the cell cycle (Figure 6D), regulation of actin cytoskeleton (Figure 6E), cancer-related pathways (Pathways in cancer, TGF-beta signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway, Wnt signaling pathway, Erbb signaling pathway) (Figure 6F), and immune system (T cell receptor signaling pathway) (Figure 6G), implying that CAMSAP1-related genes may also be involved in immune regulation (Supplementary Table S7).
