With unsupervised clustering, we identified 13 immune cell types (in addition to the contaminating B16 melanocytes), including CD4 naïve T cells, CD4 memory T cells, CD8 naïve T cells, CD8 cytotoxic T cells, regulatory T cells (Tregs), Pre-B cells, B cells, NK cells, inflammatory macrophages, pro-tumor macrophages, neutrophils, migratory dendritic cells, and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (Figure 6E). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
