When redirected against αCD3-coated P815 cancer cells, Siglec-7+ CD8+ T cells demonstrated a higher cytotoxic capacity than their Siglec-7 negative counterparts (Figure 4B), and co-stimulation with αCD3 and αCD28 mAbs resulted in stronger IFN-γ and TNF-α production in Siglec-7+ CD8+ T cells (Figures 4C, D).
