IL17A and atherosclerosis: The DEGs of GSE18842 were related to protein digestion and absorption, progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation, PPAR signaling pathway, African trypanosomiasis, p53 signaling pathway, oocyte meiosis, malaria, lipid and atherosclerosis, IL-17 signaling pathway, estrogen signaling pathway, cellular senescence, cell cycle, arachidonic acid metabolism, amoebiasis, and the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications (Figure 4(b)).
