These results suggested that YAP1 inhibitor significantly suppressed distant metastasis of HCT116LV−CXCR7 tumor xenografts in nude mice and AOM/DSS-induced colonic adenocarcinoma in Villin-CXCR7 transgenic mice, highlighting the therapeutic potential of targeting YAP1 in the control of CRC progression and metastasis. This evidence concerns the gene YAP1 and colon adenocarcinoma.
