LOXL2 and esophageal cancer: Cell fractionation indicated that both LOXL2 and L2Δ13 cause a shift of aldolase A from the cytoskeletal to the cytosolic fraction, whereas silencing LOXL2 expression inhibited the mobilization of aldolase A of esophageal cancer cells (Fig. 4I–K; Supplementary Fig. S6G).
