To further explore the role of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in PLEKHH2- mediated regulation of the proliferation and invasion of lung cancer cells, we used a PI3K/AKT pathway inhibitor (LY294002) to inhibit the activity of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and upregulate the expression of PLEKHH2. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and lung cancer.
