FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy: Staging patients with high-risk PCa before curative-intent surgery, a recent randomized controlled trial (RCT) assessing PSMA-PET imaging (i.e. the proPSMA trial) found that PSMA-PET had a sensitivity of 85% versus 38% for conventional imaging, which translated into a 27% higher accuracy for detecting metastases.12
