Collectively, the techniques applied should cover the most common abnormalities involving PDGFRA, PDGFRB, FGFR1, ETV6, and JAK2, BCR::ABL1, AML‐specific fusion genes and FLT3 rearrangements, as well as JAK2 V617F and KIT D816V. This evidence concerns the gene JAK2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
