The RhoA/ROCK signaling pathway has been implicated in the creation of VM in hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, carcinoma, and osteosarcoma [36, 38, 47, 48]; therefore, we inferred that RhoA has the same mechanism in NSCLC and that ARHGAP25, as a regulatory protein for RhoA, should also promote VM formation through negative regulation of RhoA. This evidence concerns the gene ARHGAP25 and osteosarcoma.
