Of the 34 SMGs, 21 listed in blue in Fig. 4 were significantly mutated in C1 tumours, two genes (STK11 and NF2, listed in red) were SMGs only in C2 and a further three genes (FAT1, HLA-A and FRG1) were significantly mutated in the individual analyses for both C1 and C2. The gene discussed is FAT1; the disease is neoplasm.
