In univariate analysis, age, stroke history, AF, CHD, admission NIHSS score, discharge NIHSS score, admission mRS score, discharge mRS score, SPI-IIscore, ALB, CK, LDH, DD, Fib, WBC, Neutrophil, Monocyte, Hgb, RDW, and ESR were significantly associated with poor prognosis (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ALB and atrial fibrillation.
