Based on the TIMER algorithm, COMMD2 expression was significantly correlated with six types of infiltrating immune cells, including CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, neutrophils, dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells, and in the majority of cancer types (Figure 8A), there was a positive association with PRAD and LIHC, whereas it was a negative correlation with TGCT and LUSC (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.00).
