The associations between circulating levels of 12 proteins, including C1GALT1C1, C5orf38, CD209, CEP57, CTF1, F8, GNAI3, LRRN1, PSME1, QSOX2, VIMP and VPS29, and AMI were significant in weighted median, IVW, MR-Egger or MR-PRESSO analyses (Table 1).Therefore, the associations between circulating levels of these 12 proteins (including the three proteins enriched in blood coagulation biological process) and CAD were strengthened. This evidence concerns the gene CTF1 and coronary artery disorder.
