In this study, KEGG functional enrichment analysis results based on the DAVID database indicated that differentially expressed cardiotoxicity genes induced by REG were mainly enriched in focal adhesion, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, biosynthesis of amino acids, and dilated cardiomyopathy in A line (Figure 4(a)). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and dilated cardiomyopathy.
